These terms govern your use of TropeCrush. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use TropeCrush.

Use of TropeCrush

TropeCrush provides access to serialized romance reading experiences. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial reading only. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the app or its content.

Content

Stories, covers, designs, interfaces, trademarks, and other app materials are owned by TropeCrush or its licensors and are provided only for personal reading in the app. We may add, remove, edit, reorder, or replace content at any time.

Age

TropeCrush is not directed to children under 13. Some content may include mature romantic themes. If your local law requires you to be older to access this type of content or to buy digital subscriptions, you may use or purchase TropeCrush only if you meet that requirement.

Accounts, Access, and Payments

Account, restore-access, and live paid entitlement systems are not active in this build. Payment buttons are placeholders and do not charge you. When paid access is activated, purchases and subscriptions will also be governed by the live checkout terms and the Subscription Terms.

No Professional Advice

TropeCrush is entertainment. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, relationship, or other professional advice.

TropeCrush is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or that every story will remain available forever.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TropeCrush and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or access arising from your use of the app.
