Two winters after the Stormcrag Alpha rejected his own fated mate in front of the whole pack, Wren walks back through his gates as the Warden of Tidemark, the rival pack that holds his border, his water, and his pride in its fist, only to learn that the rejection she has hated him for was never his choice, and that the thing now hunting both their packs can only be stopped by the bond he tore apart.
